This Green Juice arrives on the 5th day of fasting!
1 juice per day and vegetable broth the rest of the time.
The taste is just incredible! Celery is very rich in vitamin C and contributes to tonus and vitality. Its sodium content is quite high, so don't overdo it if you are on a strict salt-free diet.
Chard helps the nerves and muscles to function properly. Thus, this vegetable is recommended to the sportsmen toavoid the too intenseaches.
The Ingredients
- 2 stalks of celery
- 10 to 12 cm of cucumber
- 1 cm of fresh ginger root
- 4 large chard leaves
- 1 nice crunchy apple
- a dozen rose petals from the garden
Put everything in the extractor, my preference is the Omega extractor, and taste slowly, you'll tell me about it.
At the end of my juices, I like to strain the equivalent of 5cl of natural mineral water, to recover the last salts in the machine and bring lightness to the juices in general.
NB: don't do it with the fruits of the supermarket which are often full of water and in loss of speed! Om Anandi
