Yoga Teacher Training Testimonials

What our students say about us

Annabelle L.: Yoga teacher - Adelaide- Australia

"Thank you! After my Women's Circle, a participant said to me "you always have the right words, you know how to guide people just in small ways, to put them on the path and move them forward in their journey" and I replied "I was trained like that"!
What a gift Audrey is to offer us to help in turn, with such wisdom and knowing how to be guided by the heart ❣

So much Gratitude for so much Beauty for your teachings!"

Manon T. : Etiopath & Sama yoga & Vedanta teacher - Paris/Bordeaux

"Sama Yoga & Vedanta is the wave that carries you into the flow of knowledge and feeling. It is a tender listening of the body and the heart, a ride out of time, a walk through the universe.

Within the Teachers' Training -Sama Yoga & Vedanta- there is this whirlwind of Life, and the slowness of the breath. There is this suspension during which a sacred space opens up, a space of possibilities, where my mind rests and settles.

Immense Gratitude!" -

Guillaume - Yoga teacher

"I decided to enroll in the Yoga School Bretagne teacher training in 2020 as part of my career transition project.
I worked as a specialized educator in the child protection sector for about ten years and I had to stop this job after a burnout. I was in such difficulty physically and in terms of sleep that I no longer took pleasure in surfing, which has been my passion since I was twelve years old. I was no longer able to take a step back from the situations I encountered in my work.
With time and hindsight, I think that I was going through depressive episodes for a few years, but that I was not listening to the messages that my body was sending me.
The first training session in October 2020 was a real eye-opener for me. After 7 days, I was sleeping well again and feeling good in my body in a way that I hadn't felt in years or even 20 years.

The training is a "clever mix" of physical practices of Sama Yoga, meditation, pranayamas, theory related to Vedanta, spirituality. The food is thought to facilitate the liberations. The training times are thought as times of expansion and inner growth. Everything is thought to put us in a benevolent environment and favourable to liberations and expansions. For my part, I had already been practicing yoga for 7 years, but I was able to discover the spiritual aspect and the theory to which I did not have access before.
Audrey, Ivan, Bénédicte and the various speakers accompanied us with seriousness, care, listening and benevolence throughout the training, during the times of regroupings and between the two sessions of training in presence.
After this first training cycle with the Yoga School Bretagne, I decided to offer adult yoga classes within the association of animation of my town. I am blossoming in this new activity and I have several good feedbacks from my students!
I plan to join the Divandha training soon to continue to progress in my knowledge of my functioning and to be able to share these learnings through individual and collective accompaniments." -
