Perhaps, you long for help with specific goals such as writing a book or getting in shape or new professional opportunities. Perhaps you want to explore and overcome feelings of fear and anger that are deeply embedded in your shadow. Or perhaps, you are looking for new ways to establish rituals, dedication and discipline.

I believe that you are powerful beyond measure. I believe you already have everything you need. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, I believe that you are TOTALLY worthy of what your heart desires.

"Stepping into a space with a group of other men with confidence... Initially, I was afraid of becoming vulnerable and being seen and heard without armor or emotional protection. The beautiful thing about this space is that by hearing other men speak and watching them remove their own emotional armor, it gave me the courage to do the same. Often, in other men's stories, I hear my own story coming back to me."

As men, it's sometimes easy to feel emotionally isolated from others, or that our fears and anxieties are unique to us. From these circles and workshops, we learn that we are not alone.
