Partner Yoga

Partner Yoga is a Yoga practiced by two people

Prenatal Yoga accompanies the Mother and the Baby in the beauty of the mutations and passages that are pregnancy and childbirth. Through the tools of posture, breathing and relaxation, Sama - Dhipa Yoga is a physical and relational preparation for the Magic of this new Encounter: giving birth and giving birth!

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal Yoga: hearing, loving, cherishing, in depth.
