Vedanta Mornings

Are you looking for a fast-paced, ongoing program to nurture your spirituality and enable you to embody it in your everyday life?
 
"Vedanta mornings" take place 2 mornings a month in 3-hour workshops, from 7am to 10am. We begin with meditation and contemplation on the theme addressed in the Upanishad, then with asanas and pranayama, we open the body so that it is available to study the ancient sacred texts of India, transmitted to me by my masters, Swami Vagishananda Saraswati and Radhaji.
 
These workshops are reserved for students already initiated into Vedic teachings: we'll be studying this delightful text "Mundaka Upanishad" by Swami Dayananda Saraswati.

Sama Yoga

It is a body yoga , fluid and energetic, inspired by the authentic teachings of the Vedic traditions. The Asana (posture) is at the service of Equanimity: SAMA.

The Art of Living (Vedanta) is transmitted during the practice.

Pranayamas (breath exercises) are at the center of every session, a condition for the proper physiological functioning of organs and tissues.

It is a preparation for your autonomous practice that gives you access to good health for life; an appointment with your Deepest Being.

Kundalini Tantra Yoga

It is a deep and precise practice, a practical application of the "Science of Energy", the basis of Tantra, which aims at the awakening of the Energy/Consciousness or Kundalini, potentially present in man.

Yoga Therapeutics - The 12 Meridians and Organ Functions

It's a time for gentle, healing listening for bodies to cherish!

The 12 energetic and physiological organ functions are supported and studied. We practice "self-help" to restore the body and its functions to perfect health.

We use supportive materials such as bricks, blankets and cushions to help the body move effortlessly into simple, deep postures.

"The Art of the Creator through the Man of Knowledge and Compassion. Jin Shin Jyutsu works with 26 Energy "Safeguarding" Locks placed on the energy circuits that supply the body with vital energy.
When one or more of these circuits are blocked, stagnation results and can disrupt the area concerned, then disharmonize the energy flows as a whole.
By simply placing our hands on one or more of these combined locks, we can then take an active part in the proper functioning of our physical, mental and emotional balance.

The Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu empowers us to help ourselves to stay healthy, happy and young. It also enables us to help those who need help.

Partner Yoga is a yoga practiced by two people

Pairs, couples, partners ... together!
The games of weights and counterweights allow us to go where we did not even suspect we could go! They open the body, so that the heart can blossom like a tender and strong bud. Centering in the heart and mental focus (visualization) activates presence to learning and deep commitment to inner peace.

It is a mirror game, the other in front of me is so precious, it reflects the one inside me: so precious!

Private lessons

A private yoga class is a time that is entirely dedicated to you. Your teacher is there for you and your body, listening to all your needs, whether they are physical health, concentration, calm or performance! When you wish to benefit from personalized lessons, private lessons at home or in small groups, you will establish with your teacher your Personalized Program, it will be set up with you and for you a "diagnosis of your needs".

If your physical needs are very specific, you are invited to come to the first class with your medical diagnosis (low back pain, sciatica, ... which can have several causes), in order to target the practice and obtain concrete and lasting results.

This is the best gift you can give yourself!
