200-hour certification training

  • Departure First Module: 16 to 25 October 2020, 10 days of Total Immersion (Secret places in Brittany!)

  • Second Module: February 19 to 28, 2021, 10 days of Total Immersion

EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS: doctors and health professionals

A Doctor, a Physiotherapist and an Osteopath intervene during the training, on the anatomical and physiological parts.

The muscle chains, bone, heart, nervous and respiratory systems are therefore studied and applied to Yoga by qualified health professionals.

Most of them are yogis themselves.

The complete, simple and sharp teaching aids (boards, diagrams, studies...) are delivered with each module.

We spend a good time in an exquisite setting, while remaining focused on acquiring knowledge of yoga and Vedanta as a way of life, accepting ourselves as we are and seeing inner and outer harmony in and through all of life's postures.
