The Pink Juice of Day 7!


Ah Ah! Sweet for Day 7!

This time it's a juice in a blender! With this strawberry full of flavonoids whose compounds contribute the most to its antioxidant capacity. Among the flavonoids are anthocyanins, which have a protective effect against cancer.

Basil, febrifuge and stimulant and Goji, "fruit of eternal youth", vitamins B1, B2, C and E, carotenoids including beta-carotene, iron, zinc and copper

 

Ingredients

  • 300g of strawberries
  • 6 to 8 beautiful fresh basil leaves
  • a small handful of goji berries
  • a date (the last day's treat)
  • a small cup of mineral water, depending on the size of the strawberries and the thickness of the juice you want

 

Put it in the Blender!

NB: you can replace the water by an infusion of lemon verbena that you will have cooled.

Food recovery

 

Ideally, your week of recovery should respect a progressive order of reintroduction of food: as for the descent, you will first eat fruits, vegetables, later, cereals... etc... in all logic, and especially by respecting your "real" hunger and your rhythm. Take advantage of this to eliminate toxic substances (coffee, sugar, alcohol, meat products...) from your diet, your life will be transformed! Your stomach is smaller, the quantities will change and become smaller and this is very good in general

Increase your intake of vegetable oils, superfoods, basify your diet,; reduce sugar intake by at least 2, double your yoga practice and remember, "I don't eat what can run away from me!"
