Green Spring Juice Day 4
Today it's Lamb's lettuce, Rose petals, pear, apple, and a big bunch of Parsley !
This Juice makes all the difference, the 4th day was not easy, tired and in bad shape, and after this juice, an incredible energy boost.
Parsley is one of the green leaves with the highest content of Vitamin C, a source of provitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin B9 and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Truly delicious!
- 1 handful of nice garden lamb's lettuce
- Half a handful of green flat-leaf parsley
- 1 crunchy apple
- 1 firm and juicy pear
- 5 to 10 garden rose petals
- few drops of lemon
Pass it to the extractor, enjoy!
