For 4 glasses of 20 cl

15 g peeled Aloe Vera
40 blueberries
50 cl fresh coconut milk (possibility 50/50 rice milk/coconut milk)
10 cashew nuts
2 dates
2 ripe bananas
1 crushed cardamom pod
Pinch of pink Himalayan or Guérande salt 

Switch to Blender

Serve and enjoy with a sip!
