Vedanta: what is it?
Vedanta is one of the six great Indian philosophical systems. The writings of Vedanta are said to be non-dualistic. This is the body of the Sama Yoga & Vedanta Teacher Training!
The Vedānta defines the nature of Existence
The objective of Vedanta is to recognize that which is beyond the illusion of the world we make for ourselves, beyond our own mind: Manas.
The world that surrounds us is only the reflection of our points of view, it is a simple appearance, Uphadi, forged by the limits and fears that we impose on ourselves.
These limits prevent us from fully realizing ourselves, hiding the fact that the world is a single, interconnected entity and that we are part of this whole.
The universe is therefore a single entity, an existence, a unity: Brahman.
Non-duality
To manifest Vedanta we speak of Non-duality, Advaita, which pushes us to realize our true nature, what we are: without limits, without illusions, without preconceived ideas.
It's finding our natural state, admitting what is here and now, full and complete: Purnam.
The Non-Duality is a statement, a living in total harmony since we are one or another
This observation is a different look, conscious of the duality that allows this opening to unity.
It is to move away from the ego, Ahankara, to accept to go beyond our limits, not to believe that we are separate from "others".

Recognize and realize yourself
To discover one's true nature is therefore to realize oneself, to recognize oneself as an integral part of the world without borders.
Our ego, our fears vanish, freeing us from appearances, from our necessarily incomplete identity: Vedanta is both awareness and self-knowledge. No difference, no separation.
How to achieve this harmony?
This work of revelation is of course intimately linked to practices of meditation, contemplation, Nididhyasanam and in the tradition, to the practice of Yoga.
In the presence of a traditional teacher, a Swami, this Way of knowledge is the Pramanam, it reveals your true nature of Peace and Harmony of Mind through words,
"It's a means of knowledge trough words" says Swami Dayanda Saraswati.
It is to improve one's health, one's energy level, one's breathing, to enter fully into the universe, turning one's back on doubts, fears, certainties and uncertainties.
"To affirm the oneness of everything, to recognize what is manifesting and to live it fully, now, is to live a Vedic Life." Audrey- Anandi
