Spring Green Juice Day 4


 

 Today it is Lamb's lettuce, Rose petals, pear, apple, and a big bunch of parsley!
This juice makes all the difference, the 4th day was not easy, tiredness and low form, and after this juice, an incredible boost of energy .

Parsley is one of the green leaves with the highest content of Vitamin C, source of provitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin B9 and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Really delicious!  

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1 handful of beautiful garden lettuce
  • 1 half handful of green flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 crunchy apple
  • 1 firm and juicy pear
  • 5 to 10 garden rose petals
  • a few drops of lemon

 

Put it in the extractor and enjoy!

NB: my little rabbit loves residues!

 

Get ready for a little colon cleansing to kick in with this laxative juice! This might be a good time to add an anti-bacterial phyto shot, to get rid of the bad fungus in the gut! I'll get back to you on that in a future article...
